PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize Psalm for the Soul LLC to charge your selected payment method for the amount disclosed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and understand that access to purchased products or services may depend on successful payment.

Certain offerings may be subject to additional terms, purchase agreements, or enrollment policies presented at checkout.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS

Digital products, including downloadable guides, workbooks, Bible study workbooks, journals, templates, self-paced courses, and other educational resources, are delivered electronically or made available through a designated digital platform.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where Psalm for the Soul is unable to provide the purchased product.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased digital product or course, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Digital products and courses are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use unless a separate license expressly permits otherwise. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, publicly post, or commercially use purchased digital materials without prior written permission.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

Psalm for the Soul currently ships physical products to addresses within the United States only.

Orders are generally processed for shipment within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays. This is an estimated processing timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Any different timeframe disclosed on a product page or at checkout will apply to that order.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and appropriate options, including cancellation and a refund where required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes an unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply where appropriate.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery when reasonably possible. Include your order information and photographs of the item and packaging, if available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost when the issue is attributable to fulfillment or shipping.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If tracking indicates that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

If a purchased item is not delivered, we will work toward an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when warranted.

Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

ROOTED BREAKTHROUGH MEMBERSHIP

Rooted Breakthrough is a recurring membership offering access to designated community experiences, paid content, and member resources.

Membership is available through monthly or annual billing options, with current pricing and plan details disclosed at enrollment.

By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Psalm for the Soul LLC to charge your selected payment method automatically at the applicable billing interval until the membership is canceled.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through the available subscription-management options in your account or by contacting Psalm for the Soul at [email protected]. Please allow 5 business days for correspondence.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise communicated or required by law, access to paid membership benefits continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Monthly payments are not prorated, and annual memberships are not ordinarily refundable for unused months. Refunds may be provided where required by law or expressly authorized by Psalm for the Soul.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to collect the outstanding amount and notify you. Access to paid membership benefits may be restricted or terminated if payment remains unsuccessful.

Membership Access

The free community and paid membership features may have different access requirements. Cancellation or expiration of a paid membership may result in the removal of paid private-channel access while free community access remains available.

Any temporary billing pause associated with an eligible private coaching enrollment is governed by the applicable coaching agreement and confirmed billing arrangements.

PRIVATE COACHING SERVICES

ROOT Private Coaching is a structured, 90-day coaching experience governed by a separate written coaching agreement provided at enrollment.

That agreement addresses the scope of coaching, number and duration of sessions, scheduling requirements, payment obligations, installment arrangements, cancellation, termination, and applicable refund provisions.

A three-installment payment option for ROOT Private Coaching is a fixed payment arrangement for a defined coaching commitment. It is not an automatically renewing membership subscription.

Where a provision of these website Terms conflicts with an executed private coaching agreement, the private coaching agreement controls with respect to those coaching services, subject to applicable law.

COACHING, EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, AND HEALTHCARE DISCLAIMER

Psalm for the Soul provides Christian faith-based coaching, personal development, educational resources, and related content.

Our coaching, membership experiences, courses, workbooks, podcast, website content, and other educational materials are not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, clinical counseling, medical care, emergency services, or a substitute for individualized professional healthcare.

These services do not include medical or psychiatric diagnosis, clinical treatment, prescribing, or medication management.

Although Dr. Andrea Rashad is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, participation in Psalm for the Soul coaching or educational offerings does not establish a healthcare provider-patient relationship.

Individuals who need medical or mental health evaluation or treatment should seek care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Psalm for the Soul does not provide crisis intervention or continuously monitored emergency support.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis in the United States, call or text 988. If you are in immediate danger or have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

REFUND POLICY AND APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased and the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Digital products, physical products, recurring memberships, and private coaching are subject to the applicable policies described above and any additional written terms presented during checkout or enrollment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW

By using the site, you agree that any dispute related to these terms or with Psalm for the Soul LLC will be governed by the laws of the state of Alabama, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and you agree to submit to personal jurisdiction of Alabama.

AMENDMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS

We may make changes to the site, our offerings or information, and these terms at any time and without prior notice.

If any of these terms is deemed invalid for any reason, that term shall be severable and the remaining terms shall be given their maximum effect.

By using this site, you certify that you are over the age of eighteen.

If you make a purchase on this website, you are subject to this agreement and others, including our no refunds policies, if any.
